Step 1: Go to https://aws.amazon.com/free/

Step 2: Click On Create a Free Account Button or Click on Create an AWS Account button (Top right corner) as shown below.








Step 3: In this Create a Free Account form, you need to fill in your basic information like your Email Address, Password, and Name of Your Account as shown below.

Filling this form click on continue.









Step 4: Clicking on Continue you will redirect to the Contact Information Page. Here you need to select your account type like professional or personal. And then fill your full name, Company name, Phone number, country, Address, City, State, the Postal code then after agreeing the terms and condition of AWS policy click on Create Account and Continue as shown below.

 

 



Step 5: After finishing Contact information you will be redirected to payment Information page as shown below.





Here you don’t need to pay anything, but only just to verify your identity you need to provide your payment details. Like your credit/debit card number, card expiration date, cardholder name, billing address, pan number is not mediatory. After providing all this detail click on Secure submit.

Allocating and using one Elastic IP addresses per instance is basically free, except if the Elastic IP address is not currently associated with an instance. As per section Elastic IP Addresses on page Amazon EC2 Pricing:

  • $0.00 for one Elastic IP address associated with a running instance
  •  $0.005 per additional Elastic IP address associated with a running instance per hour on a pro rata basis
